This page summarizes how Annajee collects and handles data in the staff Android app (com.annajee.waiter). It aligns with our Privacy Policy and Google Play Data safety disclosures.
Annajee collects account and restaurant operations data, and optional location data, to run restaurant staff features. Data is sent securely to Annajee servers. We do not collect camera, audio, or payment information.
Overview
- The App collects or shares required user data types needed for restaurant operations.
- All user data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS / TLS to the Annajee API).
- Users can request deletion of their data by emailing contact@annajee.com.
- The App is not designed for children and is not committed to the Play Families Policy.
Personal information collected
These data types may be collected for Annajee staff and restaurant operations. Data is processed by Annajee and service providers acting on our behalf — it is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Data not collected (current release)
Annajee does not request or collect:
- Photos and videos
- Microphone or audio recordings
- Payment card numbers, bank details, or other financial account information
- Contacts, SMS, or call logs
- Health & fitness data
- Calendar data
- Web browsing history
- Sensitive categories unrelated to restaurant operations
If camera, audio, payments, analytics SDKs, or ads are added in a future version, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated before that build ships.
Security practices
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS)
- Users can request data deletion via contact@annajee.com
- Logging out clears local session tokens and cached profile data on the device
